Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking Traveling Laborers to work under the supervision of Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager on project sites in Buena Vista, GA and the Southeast. The role involves physical labor, tool inspection, site cleanliness, and strict adherence to safety standards across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates will travel between assignments, lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds, wear PPE, and operate safely in varied outdoor conditions while meeting deadlines and

Qualifications

• Must be able to listen, follow directions and communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to wear mandatory PPE including steel-toed boots, safety vest, hard hat, eye protection, and hearing protection.
• Must possess knowledge of tools, equipment and workplace safety.
• Must demonstrate skills in communications and teamwork.
• Must be able to lift, pull and manage heavy equipment and objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively to ensure deadlines of the job are met.
• Perform daily tool inspection checks and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness at the jobsite.
• Ensure tools are clean and properly stored at the end of the shift.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Fuel equipment as needed.
• Adhere to corporate safety policies at all times.
• Wear required PPE.
• Perform related duties as required by supervisor.
