Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Traveling Construction Laborers to support foundation, concrete, and structural projects across the Western United States. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with overtime and extensive travel. This is a contract-to-hire role based out of Commerce City, CO.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of construction or related labor experience, are comfortable with long shifts and travel up to 4 months, and possess a clean driving record. OSHA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction-related or physically demanding labor experience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials during long shifts.
• Comfort in varying weather, travel readiness, clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation, wall, slab, and structural construction projects.
• Lift and move forms, steel beams, lumber, rings, and other materials.
• Help build and reinforce steel cages for foundation and concrete work.
• Assist with pouring, patching, and finishing concrete.
• Strip forms and perform site cleanup to maintain a safe jobsite.
• Support crews with general labor duties as needed.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Traveling Construction Laborer

Pay: $25-$30/hr + Overtime | 50%+ Travel Throughout the Western U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with foundation, wall, slab, and structural construction projects.
• Lift and move forms, steel beams, lumber, rings, and other construction materials.
• Help build and reinforce steel cages for foundation and concrete work.
• Assist with pouring, patching, and finishing concrete.
• Strip forms and perform site cleanup to maintain a safe jobsite.
• Support crews with general labor duties as needed.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, demolition, dirt work, farm work, or other physically demanding labor.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout 10+ hour workdays.
• Comfortable working in extreme heat, cold, and changing weather conditions.
• Clean driving record (MVR).
• Reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods, including projects lasting up to 4 months without returning home.

Schedule:

• Average of 50-65 hours per week
• Winter minimum of 40 hours per week
• Project durations typically range from 1 week to 1 month , with some assignments lasting up to 2 months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
