Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman to oversee construction crews in the field, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely work. You will coordinate project walkouts, manage onsite crews, and maintain quality control across projects. This is a traveling role with multi‑week rotations and per diem.

You will interact with internal project teams, customers, and external stakeholders, contributing to safety compliance, leadership, and quality execution within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Competent Person Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of heavy construction equipment operation experience.
• Telecommunications construction experience including strand, coax, and fiber installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily activities of assigned crews
• Inspect work sites for hazards and ensure compliance with federal, state, OSHA, and company safety policies
• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, mini excavators, skid steers, dozers, haul trucks, and trenchers
• Perform underground utility construction including trenching, conduit placement, potholing, rigging, concrete work, and asphalt placement
• Track materials, aggregates, and project requirements while ensuring accurate reporting
• Communicate project progress, crew needs, and updates with Construction and Project Managers
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs
