Job summary

Johnson Service Company, a division of Midlands Contracting, Inc., seeks a Foreman to lead a two-person crew on pipeline cleaning/televising projects across Eastern Nebraska. The role requires a Class A or B CDL (or the willingness to obtain one), travel Monday–Friday, and the ability to manage project communications with city engineers.

Expect 50+ hours per week with no weekend work, company-provided pickup truck and cell phone, and year-round employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL required (Class A or B) or ability to obtain one.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
• Ability to lead and manage a two-person crew.
• Capable of managing projects and communicating with city employees and engineers.
• Experience in pipeline cleaning and televising is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-person crew on jobsites.
• Coordinate project communications with city officials and engineers.
• Manage daily manhours and production quantities.
• Troubleshoot issues encountered during cleaning/televising operations.
• Operate pipeline observation systems and related equipment.
