Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Monroe, LA is seeking an experienced construction professional to manage scope, budget, and schedules for complex projects. You will coordinate with base teams, architects, subcontractors, and owner representatives to resolve conflicts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, plus strong communication, leadership, and Proficiency in MS Office; BIM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program with related experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; BIM experience preferred.
• Experience with BIM and lean construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and assess information to construct project scope on time and within budget.
• Resolve issues with plans and specs to avoid delays and coordinate with teams and owners.
• Manage project budget through Change Order process and reconcile costs.
• Ensure timely release of materials and equipment to meet schedule.
• Collect invoices and assist with pay applications and time sheets.
• Develop reports for ORM, Profit Plan, and CAB.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and coordinate trades to resolve conflicts.
• Negotiate change orders and manage documentation and approvals.
• Oversee closeout, including RFIs, O&Ms, warranties, and as-builts.
