Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) is a national concrete contractor seeking a Superintendent for on-site supervision and quality control of commercial concrete projects. You will review documents, respond to scope changes, and manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives on large-scale jobs.

Collaboration with Operations Managers and other trades ensures efficient project delivery. The role requires 6+ years in concrete construction, tilt-up experience preferred, and the ability to lead

Competenze

• 6+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction.
• Projects of 2+ million USD, tilt-up preferred.
• Ability to supervise construction employees and meet budget/schedule.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and CSI safety culture.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Operations for all concrete schedules and operations.
• Daily communications with Project Management for project communication and execution.
• Supervise on-site concrete construction processes and ensure quality with drawings/specifications.
• Monitor and control budget for manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor; coordinate with subcontractors for harmony.
• Track progress and report daily/weekly; capture and report field time.
