Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management and estimating for a large scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-performing experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial concrete projects over $1M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Quantify concrete scope and develop project strategy.
• Create customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up the project: contracts, cost codes, budgets.
• Maintain project information and updates for stakeholders.
• Develop preliminary schedules and track logs.
