Job summary

Lithko Contracting LLC is seeking a Traveling Project Manager in Nashville, TN, for the Travel Team. You will develop accurate estimates, share project information with stakeholders, and manage project administration.

Expect to spend 6 months to a year on each project with travel. The position requires 5+ years in PM and estimating for commercial/industrial concrete, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and estimating for large-scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-performing concrete experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for projects.
• Develop project strategy, schedules, and cost plans.
• Prepare customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Review contracts and initial budgets, and manage project setup.
• Maintain accurate project information, logs, and submittals.
• Generate change orders and execute project closeouts.
