Job summary

Trueline seeks a Traveling Superintendent - Concrete Foundations to lead field crews on projects across the central and western United States. You will manage mobilization, scheduling, and safety while interpreting drawings and directing drilled pier and foundation work.

Hands-on leadership is required, including direct support to crews and coordinating resources to keep projects moving with a strong emphasis on quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong field experience in concrete foundations and drilled piers.
• Ability to independently lead crews and execute projects.
• Read engineered drawings and manage work from plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on the road.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete foundation projects for substations and transmission facilities.
• Mobilize and manage crews, equipment, materials, and daily production.
• Interpret drawings and translate plans into field operations.
• Oversee drilled piers, foundations, pads, and installation work.
• Direct 5–10 person crews, sometimes larger, on traveling assignments.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedules, and progress; resolve field issues.
• Lead jobsite meetings and provide schedule updates and resource needs.
• Hands-on construction support when needed; maintain accountability.
