B&B Concrete is seeking a Commercial Concrete Finisher to perform forming, placing, and finishing of concrete on various structures in Durham, NC. The role requires reading drawings and setting up forms for slabs, walls, and columns, with attention to elevations.

You'll work with a crew under a foreman to ensure safe, accurate pours and proper placement of reinforcing where needed. Strong communication and meticulousness are essential to meet project specs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to proper elevations and locations.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Communicate with Foreman and Project Manager about issues.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble forms for floors, walls, and columns.
• Set forms to elevations and locations, aid with reinforcing steel.
• Erect scaffolding; maintain safe work environment.
• Coordinate with team to ensure safe and efficient pour.
