Job summary

Altitude Services LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman/Superintendent to lead field crews on restoration and commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands concrete work, can guide a crew, follow project direction, maintain quality standards, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

Historic restoration experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Concrete experience in commercial construction, restoration, renovation, or related field.
• 3+ years as foreman/lead, or crew leadership preferred.
• Spanish is required to communicate with field crew; English preferred for office, bilingual support available.
• Willing to travel throughout Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside concrete crews on active job sites.
• Read plans, follow project direction, and complete work according to specifications.
• Coordinate daily field tasks, materials, tools, and crew productivity.
• Ensure high-quality concrete work that meets company and project standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, team members, and other trades.
• Help train and guide laborers and team members in proper work practices.
• Travel to project sites throughout Texas, including smaller towns and remote locations.
• Uphold company values of craftsmanship, integrity, respect, and preservation.
• Input daily quantities and hours worked using an iPad.
