Job summary

FORJAK Industrial is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead a crew of restoration technicians across the country, overseeing concrete restoration, construction, demolition, coatings, and heavy equipment operations on diverse projects. You are a natural leader who thrives on travel and delivering quality work.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance for travel-intensive role.
• Experience as Restoration Foreman or similar leadership in concrete restoration or construction.
• Knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, coatings and finishing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage crew and meet project goals.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide about 95% with 5–10 day trips; lodging, fuel and meals covered after first meal.
• Lead a crew of 4–5 technicians; ensure safety, productivity and schedule adherence.
• Oversee interior/exterior construction, concrete restoration, and coatings work.
• Direct concrete demolition, placement, and finishing with appropriate equipment.
• Prepare work plans with superintendent and maintain client communications.
