Responsibilities

• Read drawings and prints.
• Build/assemble wood or metal forms for floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls and other concrete structures.
• Set and place forms to elevations and locations; aid in installing reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems (primarily symon forms).
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, carpenter's level, laser or digital transit.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for work above ground level.
• Communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about issues, materials, or safety hazards.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
