• Set forms to elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel
• Set and erect forms using various materials and forming systems
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, level, laser or transit
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for work above ground
• Communicate safety and material needs to Foreman/Project Manager
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition
• Assist with concrete placement as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
