AIR Communities is seeking a Traveling Community Operations Support Specialist to provide field operations support across communities, managing projects around community setup, revenue initiatives, and resident experience improvements.

The role requires heavy travel (up to 75%), on‑site and remote collaboration, training teams on systems, and partnering with local teams to drive leasing and customer service while upholding company standards.

• Proven training and onboarding capabilities for system usage.

Responsibilities

• Launch, stabilize or improve assigned communities and projects.
• Support resident acquisition and retention and enhance customer experience.
• Provide on‑site and remote operational support across communities.
• Train teams on systems and processes; ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and reporting.
