Job summary

Yes! Communities, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager-In-Training to support regional operations across multiple manufactured housing communities. You will learn to manage key operations, including rent collection, vendor relations, and team development under supervision.

In this role you will assist in financial performance, safety decisions, and resident relations while building leadership skills and community presence. Travel and collaboration with city and county partners are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs across communities.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and support all assigned communities while learning company policies and procedures.
• Assist with marketing and leasing plans to maximize occupancy.
• Aid in rent collections and issue non-compliance notices as needed.
