Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or a combination of education and experience.
• Health care or mental health experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in community outreach, education, marketing, or business development.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Executes high-quality community education support to assigned Senior Life Solution programs.
• Develops and maintains a referral source network through strategic partnerships.
• Public speaking and advocacy messaging to motivate target audiences.
• Collaborates with host hospitals and community organizations; supports program team relationships.
• Trains teams on referral processes and implements CE plans; monitors outcomes.
• Provides education to community groups and customers on health-related topics.
