Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Respiratory Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker required in the state where support is provided.
• Recent healthcare experience required.
• Current, valid and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Responsabilités

• Educate, problem solve and build relationships with referral sources; obtain referrals.
• Complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments and participate in planning/executing the Business Departmental plan.
• Frequent travel to assigned accounts and maintain effective relationships with Vibra Hospital Team.
