Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Commissioning Lead for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery initiatives.

The role requires 70-80% travel across sites, supervising end-to-end commissioning from Level 1 to Level 5 and coordinating with Owners, GC, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of Commissioning experience bridging field and engineering responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities for Level 1 through Level 5.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations to streamline project delivery.
• Implement policies and procedures to support project schedule and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with QC and MEP teams to ensure checklists, documents, and commissioning activities are completed.
• Understand milestones, client/GC obligations, and commissioning plans.
• Manage Commissioning and QC plan per contractual turnovers to client.
• Define and manage on-site resource requirements for trade partners, equipment vendors, and project staff.
• Create and integrate Start-up and Commissioning schedules into the project plan.
• Collaborate with OFCI equipment vendors for efficient installations and provide feedback to client and QC Managers.
• Facilitate Start-up and Commissioning meetings to communicate QC Plan and schedule updates.
• Contribute to development of project-specific QC Plan and online equipment database.
• Develop understanding of contract documents and communicate expectations to trades.
• Support pre-installation meetings and punch list prevention planning.
• Arrange for third-party testing and inspections; analyze and report results.
• Participate in onboarding of new project staff and vendors.
• Perform OFCI and CFCI equipment delivery inspections with Project Superintendents.
• Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
