Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance seeks a Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle carpentry, painting, installations and repairs for commercial properties. The role covers sites across New Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania, and the five boroughs of New York within a one-hour travel radius from home.

Expected duties include fabrication, minor electrical/plumbing tasks, safety-compliant repairs, and customer service at busy retail locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a professional repairperson.
• Must possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license.
• English literacy required; ability to read and follow instructions.
• Flexible shifts and ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Proficiency with basic electrical, plumbing and roofing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall and painting work.
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical and flooring tasks.
• Repair and replace safety hazards and hardware (doors, windows).
• Assemble furniture and equipment.
• Work at multiple client sites within a 1-hour radius.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and follow safety guidelines.
