Job summary

Leo is seeking a Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, drywall and painting tasks across commercial properties. You will travel within New Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania and NYC boroughs within a one-hour radius of your home, supporting multiple client sites with flexible hours.

The role requires 3+ years of repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional repair experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license.
• English literacy required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall and painting work.
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical and flooring work.
• Repair and replace safety hazards and general hardware.
• Assemble furniture and equipment.
• Visit multiple job sites and report to office after each job using Work Order Management software.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients.
• Work odd hours Monday-Friday, including weekends and overnight.
