Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, drywall and painting tasks at commercial properties across New Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania, and New York City within a one-hour radius of the candidate’s residence.

The role requires 3+ years as a professional repairperson, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a professional repairperson required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license.
• English literacy required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall and painting work.
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical and flooring work.
• Repair and replace safety hazards and general hardware (doors, windows, appliances).
• Visit multiple job sites and send paperwork to office after each job using Work Order Management software.
