Job summary

KTM Builders, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendents nationwide for a travelling role. Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-time experience as a Commercial On-Site Superintendent and/or Project Management experience.

Essential duties include supervising multiple crews and subcontractors, reading plans, coordinating trades, and maintaining schedules while ensuring safety and quality per contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as foreman or assistant superintendent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work hours established by the job superintendent per regulations.
• Experience supervising multiple crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple crews and subcontractors and maintain time logs.
• Read and understand plans, specifications, shop drawings, etc.
• Coordinate and be familiar with all subcontractor trades.
• Plan ahead to maintain schedules and control costs.
• Assist in accounting with bills payable and timecards.
