Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial buildouts nationwide, managing projects from start to turnover. The role requires leading multiple subcontractor trades, strong scheduling, safety, and quality control expertise, and a willingness to travel full-time for long-term assignments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a commercial superintendent role, reading drawings and specifications fluently, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or large commercial renovations.
• Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, OSHA regulations, and quality control.
• Comfortable traveling full-time for long-term assignments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency reading construction drawings and specifications.

Job Details

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
