Zyve Partners seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for commercial projects nationwide. This role requires direct ground-up work on high-value projects and strong coordination with subcontractors and the project team.

You will manage schedules, safety compliance, and client relationships while traveling regularly, with home trips every 2–3 weeks. The position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Direct, ground-up experience on banks, retail centers, restaurants, or office buildings.
• Strong planning skills with proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel to job sites regularly with home trips every 2–3 weeks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M–$30M, managing subcontractor schedules and coordination.
• Review project scope, plan site logistics, and ensure safety compliance with the project team.
• Monitor construction progress against timelines and budget goals.
• Serve as on-site main point of contact, maintaining client relationships throughout the project life cycle.

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Per Diem + Bonus + Full Benefits

About the Company

An established commercial general contractor operating across multiple project pipelines, including retail centers, bank branches, restaurants, multi‑family properties, and office buildings nationwide. Typical project values range from $5M to $50M.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the $120K–$150K range
• Vehicle allowance plus per diem covering hotels, meals, and related travel costs

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M–$30M, managing subcontractor schedules and coordination
• Partner with the project team on reviewing scope, planning site logistics, and ensuring safety compliance
• Monitor construction progress against project timelines and budget goals
• Serve as the main point of contact on-site, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the life of the project

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role within construction
• Direct, ground‑up experience on commercial projects such as banks, retail centers, restaurants, or office buildings
• Solid planning skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage a field crew with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel to job sites on a regular basis, with home trips every 2–3 weeks
