Job summary

Trueline Talent's client, a national general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial projects valued between $5 million and $25 million from our Atlanta-area office, with regular travel to project sites.

You will manage subcontractor procurement, read plans, coordinate with owners and architects, oversee schedules, cost projections, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while building long-term relationships with key partners and clients.

Qualifications

• PM experience on commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $25M.
• Full-cycle PM experience, including estimating, buyout, billing and cost forecasting.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects valued at $5M-$25M at different stages.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement and buyout, including scope reviews and contracts.
• Review drawings for interpretation problems, conflicts, and errors.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and owner/subcontractor billings.
• Prepare owner billings by verifying work-in-place quantities and billings.
• Prepare monthly cost projections forecasting total cost at completion.
• Oversee project schedules and produce progress updates.
• Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings as needed.
• Support superintendents to complete each project.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
