Job summary

Clark Electric is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead commercial electrical construction projects across the Southeast. You will oversee field operations, supervise crews, manage schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and promote a safe jobsite.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in commercial electrical construction, strong knowledge of NEC/OSHA, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel required with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, labor, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate field crews.
• Plan labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, local codes, and company quality standards.

This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, supervising crews, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a safe jobsite. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive commercial electrical experience, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate field crews.
• Plan labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, local codes, and company quality standards.

• Journeyman License and OSHA 10/30 certifications .

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successful pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to travel as required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work overhead, and perform the physical demands of a commercial construction jobsite.
