Clark Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial electrical projects and lead field crews. The role focuses on coordinating labor, materials, schedules, safety, quality, and site documentation to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in electrical construction, strong plan-reading skills, and thorough knowledge of NEC, NFPA, local codes, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in electrical construction.
• Commercial, institutional, or industrial project experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, building systems, and cost control.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of the NEC, NFPA, local codes, and OSHA standards.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, labor productivity, and material costs.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing crews, schedules, labor productivity, and material costs.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Journeyman license and OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Mid- or high-rise and luxury hotel project experience is a plus.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and motor vehicle record check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform overhead work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use tools and transport materials around active jobsites.
