Job summary

AAA USA Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment including CNC/PLC-controlled systems. The role requires 2–5 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience and proficiency with schematics, tools, and CMMS.

Relocation assistance to Kinston, NC and willingness to travel as needed supports production efficiency across multiple U.S. locations. Strong English communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints and technical docs.
• Hands-on use of hand and power tools in maintenance tasks.
• Experience with CNC and/or PLC systems.
• Good verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and CNC/PLC equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, test, repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and maintain records.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble and install equipment as required.
• Use CMMS to enter and retrieve maintenance information.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and FOD.
• Overtime as needed to support production.
