Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking a Field Service Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team in the Southern California area. This role offers competitive hourly pay and extensive travel across Southern California and beyond, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in industrial maintenance or 3 years on 5-axis CNC machines, a stable work history, and the ability to travel 90% of the time. Background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or at least 3 years on 5-axis CNC machines.
• Stable job history and ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer installation needs and service issues, including emergencies.
• Assemble, install, start-up CNC machines per company standards.
• Assemble, install, and commission automated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine and equipment errors.
• Accurately use precision measuring instruments and read mechanical drawings.
• Read NC programming and tool layouts, including G-code and M-functions.
• Travel to customer sites; ensure timely professional service.
