Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistant to travel among our communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin, delivering daily living assistance and health-related services. You will support residents’ well-being, provide care, and maintain compassionate service across locations.

The role requires a Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA, flexibility to work AM/PM/NOC shifts, and one weekend per month, with mileage reimbursement and potential future full-time opportunities.

Formación

• Active CNA certification required in MN or WI.
• 1 year of health-related training/experience preferred.
• Age 18 or older; valid driver's license or reliable travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and health-related services.
• Provide customer service and follow delegated tasks.
• Travel to multiple Vista Prairie communities; mileage reimbursement.
• Support resident care and well-being across locations.
