Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to travel between our Wisconsin and Minnesota communities, providing essential care and support to residents across shifts (AM/PM/NOC) with mileage reimbursement. Active CNA certification in MN or WI is required, with reciprocity supported.

Wisconsin residents may need CBRF training; 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of health-related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin (reciprocity across states encouraged).
• 1 year of health-related training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple Vista Prairie communities as a Flex CNA.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and health-related services.
• Provide resident care and customer service while following delegated tasks.
