Job summary

Excell Private Care Services is seeking a PCA/CNA/CHHA to provide in-home care across client homes in Oklahoma City. The role involves traveling between clients’ residences and performing personal care per each written plan of care.

Experience as a PCA/CNA/CHHA is preferred but not required; drivers license and reliable transportation are essential. The job emphasizes compassionate, courteous service and strict HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must obtain current certification as a CNA or CHHA.
• License/Certification: Driver’s License, CNA or CHHA.
• Willingness to travel: 100%.
• Work Location: On the road and in member’s homes.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to and from clients’ homes.
• Providing supportive household services that may include light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, preparing meals (sometimes for medically prescribed diets etc. that are outlined in the member’s written plan of care).
• Documenting observations and activities.
• Performing care and services with minimal or no client/family complaints.
• Assisting clients with personal care as directed by their written plan of care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Taking oral and written instructions.
• Must have telephone and dependable transportation.
