Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City is seeking dependable Personal Care Aides to provide in-home care to seniors and adults in the Oklahoma City area. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, personal care, and meal support in clients’ homes, following individualized plans.

Ideal candidates have relevant experience (PCA/CNA/HHA) and must complete onboarding and background screening. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Personal Care Aide, PCA, Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or similar direct-care professional is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support clients with daily living activities while respecting dignity and independence.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers within training and assigned duties.
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policies.
• Follow care plans and report changes in client needs or condition.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful communication.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience as a Personal Care Aide, PCA, Caregiver or home care professional who want to use their existing skills to provide personalized support.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will help clients with personal hygiene, daily routines, mobility, and other activities according to their individualized care plans and your authorized scope of practice.

Personal Care Aide Responsibilities

We are hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home care services in the following areas: El Reno, OK, Mustang, OK, Yukon, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, Bethany, OK. Please note that available assignments may vary depending on client needs and location.

Professional Support Training and ongoing guidance are available to reinforce existing caregiving knowledge and help you follow client-specific care plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a Homemaker Companion or in a similar role
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Current and valid driver's license, with the ability to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with applicable laws
