Job summary

Excell Private Care Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for part-time work in Porum, OK. The role involves traveling to clients’ homes to provide supportive household services, assist with personal care, document observations, and follow the written plan of care with professionalism and HIPAA compliance.

Prior PCA/CNA/CHHA experience is preferred but not required. A valid CNA/CHHA certification and a driver's license are essential, with 100% travel as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Traveling to and from clients' homes.
• Providing supportive household services including light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and meals per care plan.
• Documenting observations and activities.
• Performing care with minimal or no client/family complaints.
• Assisting clients with personal care per the written plan (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Taking oral and written instructions.
• Must have telephone and dependable transportation.
