Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to deliver direct resident care across multiple Benedictine facilities. You will report condition changes to a supervising RN/LPN and document in the POC system, while demonstrating strong time management and prioritizing tasks.

This float position requires travel within a designated Benedictine region as needed, supporting residents with dignity, respect, and choices in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in the POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel to and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
