Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian to assess residents' nutritional status and collaborate with the care team to tailor individualized plans. You will travel between Countryside Meadows, Rosewalk Village, and Washington Healthcare to provide dedicated nutrition support.

The role emphasizes clinical assessments, documentation, and ongoing communication with residents and families to improve health outcomes in a senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Must hold a current certification and/or license in the state(s) in which they are practicing.
• Nutrition documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments to identify residents’ needs.
• Interview residents, family members, and legal representatives to collect information for plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Monitor meals and ensure residents receive appropriate foods and portions per nutritional parameters.
