American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Dietitian to assess residents' nutrition needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to promote health and quality of life. This full-time role includes meal observations, resident and family interviews, and ongoing nutrition documentation.

After 90 days, alternative schedules and potential remote work may be available, reflecting the program's flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Current certification and/or license in the state(s) in which they are practicing.
• Preferred: Nutrition documentation experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments to identify residents' nutrition needs and those at nutritional risk.
• Interview residents, family members, and representatives to develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and clinical teams to implement plans of care.
• Perform regular meal observations to ensure appropriate food intake and nutritional adequacy.
