Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager based near a major airport in Cincinnati, OH. You will support 400+ clinic locations, leading sales and operations while traveling 100% of the time to ensure client satisfaction and program success.

As a traveling leader, you will conduct client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and coach a small team to achieve strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (100%) and adapt to new locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership.
• Deliver engaging consultations and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor a small team (2–5 employees).
• Foster client relationships and utilize financing options to improve conversion.
