Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics nationwide. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and ensure a seamless client experience while traveling extensively.

The role requires a strong track record in sales leadership, mentorship of small teams (2–5), and the ability to adapt to new locations and schedules. Base travel and performance-driven incentives apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Able to adapt to new locations and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention with value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to maintain a high-energy culture.
• Foster strong client relationships and utilize financing options to improve conversion.
