Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to lead operations across 400+ clinics, acting as Clinic Manager during coverage gaps. You will guide client consultations, drive revenue with personalized treatment plans, and support clinic teams to sustain performance and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth
• Coach and mentor a team of 2-5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive, high-energy culture
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers
