Birds Eye Medical is seeking a Mobile Administrative Specialist to support mobile clinic events across Washington State. This per diem role serves as on-site Vaccine Manager and Registration/Scribe, with travel to clinic sites and training provided for vaccine management.

The position offers per diem pay of $20.00–$30.00 per hour, travel and hotel reimbursement, and a chance to contribute to community health through flexible, on-the-go work.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or patient registration.
• Willingness and ability to travel to clinic sites throughout Washington State, including overnight hotel stays.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to complete Vaccine Manager training and competency requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Available while on-call.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Empathy, compassion, dependability, and kindness are a MUST.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (office suite).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Vaccine Management: on-site vaccine calculator, inventory, cold-chain, and reporting.
• Patient Registration: check-in, collect demographics and insurance, CIS forms.
• Travel & Clinic Logistics: coordinate travel/hotels, mileage, and scheduling.
• Data Management: process and upload clinic paperwork and CIS files.
