AnovaWorks is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the Kennewick clinic and travel with the health screening team across central/eastern Washington. You will greet patients, collect vital signs, document data, and assist providers under supervision in delivering occupational health services.

Required are a Medical Assistant credential, Washington license, BLS, and Spanish bilingual skills. Travel across Central/Eastern Washington is required; previous clinic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant course, or MA-C eligible.
• Washington State Medical Assistant License.
• BLS certification required.
• Spanish bilingual is required.
• Experience in a medical setting is desirable.
• Strong computer skills with standard software.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and route messages.
• Coordinate services and personnel to ensure timely patient care.
• Schedule patient visits and testing.
• Prepare patient charts and forms per clinic standards.
• Enter demographics, vitals, history and data into the system.
• Administer occupational health services and related testing.
• Assist with specimen collection and lab coordination.
• Restock rooms and maintain calibration records.
