Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
• Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Advocate safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with safety plans and regulations.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to oversee projects with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develop production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Assist in preparation of project status reports and related documentation.
• Review plans and drawings and coordinate shop drawings.
• Procure tools and materials to align with the work schedule.
• Determine staffing levels and timing for each phase of the project.
• Oversee HR processes for onsite personnel and payroll submissions.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
