Qualifications

• 6+ years of field leadership experience in civil or infrastructure construction environments.
• Experience in on-site supervision of infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on active construction jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership across multiple projects while traveling between active jobsites.
• Lead field execution of earthwork, utilities, drainage, concrete structures, roadways, and civil systems.
• Coordinate subcontractor startup meetings to align scope, schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
• Monitor production and field performance, adjusting strategies to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Log, track, and process required project documentation including daily reports, safety docs, inspections, and work plans.
• Coach, develop, and retain a high-performance project team and manage client relationships.
