RNGD is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution of infrastructure projects from our New Orleans area operations. You will oversee safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors on active jobsites across the Southeast region.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to interpret contract documents, and a commitment to delivering safe, on-time, high-quality projects. Travel between sites is expected as needed.

Formación

• 6+ years of field leadership experience in civil or infrastructure construction.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects requiring on-site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active job sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site leadership across multiple projects and travel between active jobsites.
• Lead field execution of earthwork, utilities, drainage, concrete structures, roadways, and civil systems.
• Coordinate subcontractor meetings to align scope, safety and quality expectations.
• Monitor production and field performance; adjust strategies to meet schedule and budget.
• Log and report daily progress, safety documentation, and work plans.
