Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Civil Project Engineer to provide technical engineering information to the Project Manager, Craft Supervisors, and Corporate Functional Managers to ensure design development and construction compliance.

The role includes project controls support (cost, scheduling, estimating) and subcontract oversight across multiple civil and process plant projects, with travel across the United States up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Prior experience with civil and earth work projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical drawings and specifications for industrial construction.
• Prepare field design change requisitions and 'as built' drawings, as required
• Plan and develop construction work packages for civil and process plant systems
• Support the Construction Manager in analyzing and reporting the daily progress of subcontractors
• Coordinate craft production, and release work to meet subcontract and project schedules
