Job summary

Spriggs Excavation, Inc. seeks a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple states. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, and work with the Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.

This full-time, 100% travel role requires five years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication skills. Expect frequent relocations and long periods on site with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of operating experience with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all jobsite activities and safety for SEI projects.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors with the Project Manager.
• Supervise SEI staff and crew productivity; manage schedules and resources.
• Maintain project records and ensure safety compliance.
