American Dining Creations is seeking a Traveling Chef Manager to provide account coverage and oversee daily dining services staff at assigned locations. The role involves support for new account openings and managing catering events, with travel up to 75%.

The position requires a hospitality or culinary degree and 5+ years in culinary management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CATERTRAX. Weekly travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Restaurant or Business; or Culinary Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a culinary management role, serving up to 500 daily customers and managing staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CATERTRAX and online ordering systems.
• Flexible weekly schedule with up to 75% travel.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage account coverage for dining services including daily meal service, catering events, and operations.
• Execute menus for daily service and catering; adjust based on trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonality.
• Purchase food, beverage, and supplies from approved vendors.
• Complete weekly account reporting and inventory to District Manager.
• Maintain temperature logs and comply with local food safety regulations.
• Manage staff work schedules per labor modules.
• Interact daily with employees, customers, and clients.
• May assist with special corporate projects or events.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
