Job summary

HVHS Brand is seeking a Full-time Certified Medical Assistant to work in various HVMG Physician Offices and ConvenientCare locations. Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting vital signs, and performing various clinical tasks including injections and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, current Medical Assistant certification, and at least 2-3 years of experience in a primary care setting. A flexible schedule is required as the role may involve travel and varying office settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of recent experience in a primary care physician office setting.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and collects vital signs.
• Performs basic laboratory tests and administers injections.
• Updates and maintains medical records.

Skills

Proficiency in computer applications relevant to clinical practice

Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture

Flexibility and adaptability to work in varying office settings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Current Medical Assistant certification

Current CPR certification
